Hi, I have enabled email integration feature, configured using
imap-noTLS, and enabled Auto-Creation of Issues, in order to retrieve
issues into the Project whenever emails are sent to associated address
and then downloaded with download_emails script; this is working OK.
I also unchecked the 4 options in
Configuration > General Setup > Default Options for Notifications,
particularly "Emails are Associated", however everytime an issue is
created by sending email to associated address, the system replies to
requestor automatically with template. This does not happen when
creating issue from "Create Issue" form or using Anonymous form.
I would like to disable this behaviour (email notification to requestor
when send email for creating issue), but I haven't been able to figure
it out how.
Am I missing something here?
