No, perhaps it doesnt have direct support but if you want you can try this... http://www.enderunix.org/docs/vpopmail_maildrop/index.html

If you mingle with .qmail-default file then you lose catchall accounts and stuff. When you change something in qmailadmin it would overwrite your .qmail-default file.

and I also think that using '| /var/qmail/bin/preline /usr/local/bin/maildrop /usr/local/etc/mailfilter' in .qmail-default might work with the same mailfilter file from the web page.
