Hi there,

It's not so obvious to me. I'm creating a system that _must_ be
fool-proof, you can't believe what a typical user can do.
This is a laudable, but an unattainable goal.
I don't want his/her messages to bounce, he will say it's all our
fault...
And go to other ISP.
The same kind of people will also say it's all your fault if they forget
their password. I guess that means that you have to set up accounts
without
any passwords at all.
Sam, have you ever heard "delivering service to customers"?
There are some ISPs, who are really trying to archive this. Don't know
where or what you are working in your "other" life.
There are some projects out there, and I'm going to compare you with DJB's.
Really great code, but unusable out-of-the-box. For ex: which ISP could live
with a dns-server without automatic axfr? DJB's rules: I don't need it, so
the world won't need it, too.
As this is not true (DJB will never accept this, and I'm not sure if you
are going to change your mind), there's possibly no other chance to in-
cooperate needed features as in building up a "courier-hacking"-site with
patches you are not going to implement. Is _this_ the way you want it?
Courier is too good to let the things go this way.
Oliver, hoping for changes.
