Please, help me with authmysql module.

I got MySQL-3.22.32 and courier-imap-0.99. I did all steps from INSTALL file with no errors. I created table "passwd" with all required fields (id, crypt, clear, uid, gid, home, maildir) and inserted values (biu@b4b.net.pl, encrypt(biuro), biuro, 65543, 65543, /home/b4b-net-pl/biuro, /home/b4b-net-pl/biuro. I edited file authmysqlrc (MySQL host, user and password). There is "authmysql" in authdaemonrc file. MySQL, courier-imap and authdaemond are running, but I can't authenticate with user "biu@b4b.net.pl" and password "biuro". Authtest all the time gives me answer "AUTHENTICATED FAILED".

What sholud I supposed to do else? It takes me 10 days with no results. If someone know something about this problem, please HEEELP.
