I read in the FAQ that Courier may not work at all with outlook express 5.

Is this still true? (specifically version 5.50)

I'm using 5.5 and it works okay. Problems include:

1) Having the 'Drafts' folder on the server doesn't work right; see recent thread.

2) "Send & Receive" doesn't; use "Purge" to see if there are new messages on the server. This happens with Cyrus IMAP as the server, too, so it's clearly an OE5.* problem (worked fine with OE4).

But, it is certainly functional.
