You have the right to say no and ask to speak with their lead.

Unless it is a PSIRT related issue and it's a bug found in a customer release of code that bug should be viewable on CCO especially if the TAC person says that is the bug they think you are hitting.

In theory that's good. In practice it doesn't really work that way: 'That bug isn't publicly viewable. Is there anything else I can do for you, or can I go ahead and close the case now.'
