Per the note I sent out last week, no one has clamored urgently for a meeting
this week or next, so I want to remind you that there will be NO OASIS DITA TC
MEETING for either October 19 or October 26. We will resume in three weeks on
November 2.
Michael, JoAnn and I will be working to finish a draft of the initial DITA
Specification that the TC can resume our chartered work when we do meet again
on November 2.
The namespaces team will come back on November 2 with their recommendation on
DITA namespacing for 1.0, and Nancy Harrison will have learned more about the
DocBook TC's plans for tables and accessibility so that we can close on that
design point.
