Use the import command.

OK thanks, I missed that. A couple more questions.

Is there a way to import all environment variables instead of having to import each one individually?

No. If you want an environment variable, just import it.

If not, is there a more concise way of writing:

import EXT import EXTENSION import RECIPIENT import SENDER

I don't see anything wrong with that.
