Does "mixed content" refer to a mix of HTML elements and text or to a mix of HTML elements, text, and DocBook elements?

See the beta Norm just released--he did what he's talking about there.

Other than adding the HTML table tags, the DocBook DTD doesn't include the HTML tags, so we are not talking about mixing HTML elements in here (unless you make some local customizations to do so, of course).
