Hello!

I wish to create a Google Gadget - for Google Desktop and Web pages - that is a RSS feed from my web pages. Most of the web pages is in Latvian and I want to make a Google gadget in Latvian. I have downloaded a GD SDK and I make the Gadget from Google sample. Promblem starts when I want to make Gadgets name and description in Latvian. I can writte it in WordPad in Latvian, but when I save, close and once open it, the file does not recognize the Latvian lebghtening and softening marks.

What I have to do to make Gadgets name and description in Latvian?

P.S. This is the first gadget I make and I am not a programmer. Please explain it as simple as possible and if it is possible with examples.
