For the dutch users (or those who would like to blackhole .nl, but would loose legitimate mail), here is a little script that makes a white/block-list for courier for all the smtp-servers of dutch providers. http://ma.rtij.nl/?page=nlwhitelist&menu=main%5B10%5D

It's dependend on a list made available by Bit (www.bit.nl), so you won't be able to adapt it to other countries without a similar list.
