I suggest you download Java from http://java.sun.com/ and use full
Saxon instead of instant Saxon.

I really can't tell you what's wrong. There's some mismatch between MS
java/instant Saxon and the jar file I provided. If someone can tell me
what's wrong, and how I can fix it, I'll do my best, but I don't have
a convenient Windows box to test on.
