I've seen it too.
I found out one solution only and it is that .courier file in every user
home.
May be, there is something misconfigured but I've changed some line for
accepting connections from our machines.

Pøedmìt: [courier-users] courierd default delivery mode
I am having a small problem with courier...
I am just starting to use it cause I found the sqwebmail so cool, and I
built from the default spec file, and installed it...
The problem is that when I set the defaultdelivery mode in
/etc/courier/courierd to
"| /usr/lib/courier/bin/preline /usr/bin/procmail DEFAULT=Maildir/"
it will not deliver the messages...
now, if I put the exact same line in $home/.courier, it will work just
fine...
I suspect I am getting some kind of error I cannot see int he logs, cause
when I stop the server, change the default delivery mode to ./Maildir/,
all the messages that were not delivered do in fact get delivered...
What can I do to find this error?
has any one ever seen this before?
and most importantly, am I missing something obvious?
any help would be appreciated...
Thanks much...
