you mean I can simply add this line to /etc/apt/sources.list deb http://demudi.agnula.org/packages/demudi stable main

and I can happily install the demudi kernel and stuff? that would be NICE!

its might work in theory (if you take liberal discounts and assumptions
regarding dependency versioning, ubuntu's lack of desire on 100% debian
compatibility, and the ubuntu/debian-sid snapshot interval, among other things)
- i got into dependency hell pretty quickly every time i tried this; the compile
time on gentoo ( http://gentoo.org ) is much shorter than the hair-pulling time
of trying to roll a 'best of: debian,demudi,ubuntu' system..YMMV
