Dear all,

I wish to initialize the dual variables (or reduced costs) of the bound constraints using AMPL for sending them to Ipopt. I have tried the suffixes .rc, .dual, .dinit0 among others, and AMPL always complains saying that these are not "assignable suffixes".

- How can I initialize them? - Is there a complete list of "assignable" suffixes?
