Ok, got this one! This is the solution: http://lists.debian.org/debian-isp/2002/05/msg00186.html

Delete all other authentication modules in /etc/courier/authlib/authdeamonrc (this is the Gentoo Path) execpt authvchkpw.

Sqwebmail is running smoothly now but I can not log in. My Syslog tells me: sqwebmaild: LOGIN FAILED,

I done a man "makeuserdb" followed the instructions. The Userdb was build successfully but I have no clou how to connect the my sqwebmail with the courier-authlib.
