I've been using qmail for a number of years (probably more than 5), but never on a 'important company basis'.

I've never heard about the 'Delivery report' thing (and if I had, I've ignored it :). Now, I've "forced" a friend/collegue which is also my ISP to switch from sendmail to qmail.

And his customers is lacking the 'Delivery report' ("I would like to know if the mail have reached the destination mailbox") in qmail. Now, I don't know if QMAIL should do this, or MAILDROP but

This probably refers to ESMTP Delivery Status Notifications, which is an extension to the SMTP protocol which is not implemented by Qmail. DSNs are defined by RFC 1891, and they are to be implemented by SMTP servers, not mail delivery agents.
