Now, if I understand these IMAP flags correctly, they are toggles. So that would mark it read & unread immediately?
Bad form to reply to your own mail I know, but I've read the IMAP spec again & seen that it's not a toggle. Still trying to understand how it's broken, though..

WTF is UID 2621 and where does Outlook get that from? There doesn't seem to be a UID in the uiddb, so why does courier return an OK?
