You could try relays.ordb.org . With sendmail I use:

FEATURE(`rbl', 'relays.ordb.org', 'Rejected - see http://ordb.org')

Dunno how to implement it with courier, but you'll probably just substitute the blackholes... stuff with relays.ordb.org . Whether or not some 'rejected..' message should be sent back to the spammer can be discussed. How to do that I also don't know (yet). I'm only using courier-imap.
