Hi,

I am a new user of courier package. I compile the version 0.22 on solaris 2.51
with gdbm, without authdaemon , I use only simple authentication scheme (
userdb, authpw and authshadow ).

I have got a problem indeed when I stop the esmtp by a the command esmtpd
stop, my port 25 stay busy during a period. When I do a "netstat -a", I could
see a line that shows the port 25 is on TIME_WAIT state.....after about 5
minutes the OS free this port and I could restart esmtpd ....

please help ;-)
