To your knowledge: A DOM compliant interface to sqwebmail has been under work for some time now. The project now needs some further elaboration to clear out eventual platform specific issues, both on server and client side. Data transfers are significantly smaller per page compared to sqwebmail, and pages load very fast. Most of the templates are written completely without tables, and the look is fully css controlled.
