The [workflow] package in the Commons Sandbox is not currently active.
The part of the technology there that I'd really like to keep (in
some form) is the notion of continuations, but there's better ways to
do that than something that requires representing expressions in XML
syntax the way that [workflow] does right now. For example, see
Cocoon Flow and Don Brown's adaptation of that to work inside Struts.
