I'm not sure this has been mentioned yet, but also from P4Win you can select File -> More -> Check Consistency. This is equivalent to this on the commandline:

p4 diff -sd //<depot>/... p4 diff -se //<depot>/...

The first one finds files in your client that are not in the depot. The second finds files that are changed in your client but not open for edit. (Do you have 'allwrite turned on? For shame!)

If you're using P4Win, there's an option under View to "View files in client

but not in depot" that will do exactly what you want.
