Hi Joseph:

A quick and dirty method: Close your issue(s), then immediately (before the
cron kicks in anyway) run a delete statement against the eventum_mail_queue
table where maq_status = 'pending'. That's what I'd do since this sounds like a
one time deal type of thing.

I need to close hundreds of issues without inundating people's mailboxes. I've
tried disabling email integration, all routing interfaces, unchecked default
options for notifications, just about everything, but Eventum keeps sending
emails. I don't want to turn off the cron job because the emails will
accumulate in the queue. Besides, this needs CIO intervention, which I am
trying to avoid.

Is there anything that I can do from the General Setup screen? I can't remove
email addresses for General Setup or within the projects; not even this works.
Anyway, is there anything that I could do that anyone would think of that I
didn't already do?

Thank you,

Joseph "Tito" Kraer
