Subject:[courier-users] Multiple folders and migrating from imap-4.5-3mdir2Actions...

I just set up courier imap and was all excited about it until a user who had multiple folders noticed that her other folders all disappeared.

We had been using imap-4.5-3mdir2 and the other folders were all sitting in her home directory (which is kinda annoying, but is one of the reasons for changing IMAP servers). How can I get the stuff from these folders into her courier-imap folders? If I can't figure this out, I'll have to back out of courier-imap.

On another point, as near as I can figure, multiple folders are actually implemented with all the files in the same base folder. Doesn't this cause a problem with performance as you get thousands of messages in the folders?

Of course, I haven't gotten anything related to multiple folders to work at all, so I may be mis-understanding how it's implemented.

Chris
