We took the feedback from the earlier discussion[1] here and added our active mentors to the proposed PMC, (for a total of 7 people), then ran that through a new community vote[2].

There didn't seem to be any other feedback, so I'd like to start an official vote to recommend graduation of Apache Cassandra to a top-level project.
