With installation source ISO file immutable: +====+ Error cannot start the virtual machine command: /usr/sbin/xm create /etc/xen/vm/vm1 return Error: Device 832 (vbd) could not be connected. Backend device not found. Using config file "/etc/xen/vm/vm1". +====+

Workaround: remove the immutable flag Perhaps a tool is not mounting the ISO read-only
