This problem was fixed in build 1710, AFAIK. If you have oldest version, look

I've created a dataDriven Testcase with an Excel sheet as input source, but in
one cell I have the source Customer No which is in the application a string but
it is entered as a number eg. CustomerNo: 12345678 is entered as 1.2345678E7 how
can I handle this?
