Perhaps even better: although it wouldn't be compatible with the Google
Groups system (without rewriting the code, anyway), a screen should pop up
before someone is allowed to post that says, "Are you asking about adding a
transit agency to Google Transit?" If the person clicks yes, then it
redirects then to the appropriate FAQ that lists what you said below.
As Tom said, it's great that people are asking more and more frequently, but
it is becoming a bit of an annoyance on this forum having to explain it
fresh to everyone who drops in...
