Now, when i send mail to resh@msk.solnce.ru in my backup courier server in

What is it? And how resolve this problem?

Look in the maillog for an earlier message to the same recipient that was bounced.

Once a message to a recipient bounces for any reason, Courier will refuse to accept any more mail to the same recipient for a certain period of time.
