We you able to to track it down to a specific line of Language::setPreference() ? That would be very helpful in fixing this problem so other users don't run into it.

I have been unable to reproduce this problem.

Sorry, no, I didn't track it down further. I will be out of town most of this week, but perhaps I can track it down further over the weekend. Thanks for the followup.
