courier-authlib-0.59.3]# ./configure --with-redhat

<snip many errors>

So I try the rpm, seems ok, i can startup the daemon, yay!

courier-imap-4.1.2]$ ./configure --with-redhat

Several "howtos" mention that flag, but it's not supported. If you're on a Red Hat (or Fedora, or CentOS) platform, just build the rpm.

I did this, and my implementation seems close to done, but...

authdaemond: Installing libauthvchkpw authdaemond: libauthvchkpw.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I don't seem to see this file, probably due to using an rpm

can anyone clue me in?
