Hi

I am new to libjingle, I am trying to use the call example. The problem is that after I enter JID and password it hangs on "logging in..." and never continues to the next state which I think should be "logged in". I face the same problem with the pcp example. Please note that I am using Ubuntu Feisty, ortp0.7.1. I did several tries to get it work 1- I changed the port 5222 to port 443 2- I compiled libjingle with gcc 4.1 after following the changes in the thread "libjingle compile errors and pcp execution errors (and fixes)" 3- I removed gcc4.1 and installed gcc 4.0.4 and compiled libjingle without doing any changes to the files as in try 2.

All the above did not lead to any success to get it work.

I would appreciate any help in this.
