Subject:[maildropl] maildrop with vpopmailActions...

Hi,

I'm looking to build maildrop into my existing qmail/vpopmail/courier-imap/squirrelmail setup and would appreciate some pointers to help me work out how to do it.

Essentially, I'm only really interested in filtering my own mailing list traffic rather than a whole domain to I'm happy to use the default qmail deliovery mechanism and to only apply filtering for myself. I'm currently doing this client side using squirrelmail filters but it's getting a bit slow as the number of filters increase.

I currently have user "robin" setup under domain "robinbowes.com". I'd like to check all mail sent to me to be filtered so that mail from mailing lists is dumped into a specific directory. If no match is found, the mail should be dropped into my INBOX.

I've downloaded maildrop-1.6.1 and built the rpm (rpmbuild -ta maildrop-1.6.1.tar.bz2). I've also installed the maildrop rpm and man pages.

Can someone give me a hint how best to set up maildrop to achieve my goals, or point me at any guides/how-tos ?

Thanks,

R.
