Ok, I didn't post that link very well and apparently, part of it went missing. Here goes again...
Try reassembling this URL. Changes include:
in chf, 1.0 becomes 0.0909 in chg first 10 becomes 9.1 and in chd, 0,10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90,100,110 becomes 0,9.1,18.2,27.3,36.4,45.5,54.6,63.7,72.8,81.9,91,10

First off, the text encoding only support values from 0 to 100. You are specifying your X positions as 0 to 110. A quick and dirty way to get around this is to divide your range (100) by 11 (the number of intervals on the x axis) to get ~9.1. Now you can encode your x-axis as 0,9.1,18.2,27.3,36.4,45.5,54.6,63.7,72.8,81.9,91,100 (yeah, it should b 100.1, but it's close enough).
Next you need to adjust your grid. Change the step size from 10 to 9.1.
Then you have to adjust your color bands.The width ranges from 0 to 1. Keeping approximately the same interval, change the width from 0.1 to 0.091. But that doesn't match up well with the grid lines, so i made the width 0.0909. Works better.
