Same problem here. Everything has been fine for years (aside from no auto-complete e-mail addresses in the new version in Safari), now for the past week gmail has been freezing. It'll work fine for awhile, then freeze with "loading . . . " forever, or I'll type an e-mail and nothing will happen when clicking "send" or "return to inbox" or anything else. It's INFURIATING, and any suggestions or tech help are very welcomed. As noted, I'm using Safari, as well as Mac Leopard.
