I see that you're getting a -5009 error when trying to install
SketchUp. Please note that this error is typically associated with a
previous software installation that may have not completed correctly.
You may try simply rebooting the machine, and then try installing
SketchUp.
If that doesn't resolve the problem, you may need to remove your
installation file located at: "C:\Program Files\Common Files
\InstallShield\Professional\Runtime"
There should be a file in this folder called: ISProBE.tlb. Rename this
file to: "ISProBE.old", then immediately run the SketchUp installer.
It should work at this point. Please let me know either way.
