I've tried isync: http://www.sigpipe.org/isync/

...and mailsync: http://mailsync.sourceforge.net/

Neither of which do the job I was was looking-for (mirroring an entire imap account between two servers).

I've settled on using rsync over ssh (which works perfectly). Unfortunately this means having shell access to both servers, which is not always possible or desirable.
