Dear Sir,

I renamed mysqld-shareware.exe to mysqld.exe instead and the command: " mysqld --install " worked properly.

Now I stocked on the next step in command: " mysqladmin create database_name " I got an error message from G:\ mysql\bin\mysqladmin.exe that notice: "G:\ mysql\bin\mysqladmin.exe is not a valid Windows NT application", but it worked before on disk C (may be the problem is that G: disk is NT FS disk and not FAT disk).

Best regards,

Tuvia Lerner,

HI!

Please keep your binaries on the c: drive. You can move your datadir to G: as already explained.

Also check if your have copied the fiels properly.

Sinisa
