I tried several suggestions on the postfix mailing list - but perhaps
the best one was from Weitse to ask here.... Any help ? Ideas ?
Directions ?
Did you read the note at the beginning of maildrop's INSTALL file, and
do you understand what it tells you to do?
According to "less" 6 % into the file, where it starts "NOTE:" and
"Your mail server must..." I have read, and re-read that section
several times. If that's what you're referencing, Sam, then I'm
missing what I skipped. I used the same socket as mysql, mysql.sock,
and the thw whole world right now could destroy it. I'm willing to wear
the dunce's pointy cap...what did I miss ?
The socket in question has nothing to do with mysql.
That note gives you three options to choose from. Which one did you choose?
