The problem with this "bug" is that it is by no means reproducable.

I rebooted the server and now the cluster is running stably again???

I will see if it happens again...

If you can give a reproducible test case we will be able to fix it in short order.

We have not been able to reproduce in house yet.

Can you provide more details (i.e. configuration, logs, steps of what happens, how often, etc...)
