How about a conf call to discuss this? We had originally planned an interfaces call for next week, and we can make that a TC call.

Both of last week's ballots required a full majority vote to be approved. The one for approving wd-26 as a Committee Draft was approved with 5 out of 9 voting members voting "yes". This ballot, however, was denied as only 4 of the available 9 voting members voted "yes".
As wd-26 was approved, I will proceed with updating the current version on the docs server with an appropriately updated cd version of wd26.
In both cases Satish voted "no" with the comment to wait until Web Collage comments on their IP statement from v1. As chair, my question is one of how people want to proceed ...
