Hello,

I'd like to implement an SQL mail store for Courier. I've taken a (very brief) look at the headers in the maildir directory to see if I can discern an 'API' to implement and it looks feasible.

Before I go further with this I'd like to get some feedback from the developers: 1. does all the mail access in all the Courier code use the functions in maildir (so that if I can implement the functions everything will magically work), 2. is this a feature that others are interested in seeing?
