1:What is the right way to configure maildrop after the installation, i mean i have installed it according to the INSTALL file instruction, i am using Qmail as the MTA but now i don't know how to check if it is properly installed and working

man maildropfilter, man maildropex

Cannot help you with testing Qmail, but for maildrop:

put "|preline maildrop" (without the quotes!) in your $HOME/.qmail file,

create a $HOME/.mailfilter file with your filtering instructions

I will send you my mailfilter file for an example.

2: Do i always have to write filteration files is there any interface for it?

Yes, you need a "filteration" file, but there is no GUI interface (apart from your text editor).
