Hmmm, I really can't see how this has slipped through the net. Is
there something I'm missing? Without a VAT number in the invoice you
are actually breaking UK law as a business, if someone wants to claim
VAT back they can't do it without a VAT number.

The only alternative I can think of is sending extra mail. It's not
against policy afaics seeing as how it is necessary!
