Found this old email, forgot to respond...
I am still monitoring the dbunit mailing list. My recent job stuff hasn't been of the type to leverage dbunit, so I've been pretty quiet.
However, I would love to contribute to the webtest-book on whatever topics might be most useful.
Eric

Hi Eric,
are you still involved in dbunit? It would be great to have a chapter in our upcoming webtest-book :-)
ciao Mittie

We haven't done a release in quite a while, and I have added the ability to easily define interactive parameters before running the webtest script.
Opinions?

Hiall,
I estimate the current state of Canoo WebTest to be stable enough for the bundling.
It seems to be unrealistic to wait for a maven-enabled Version of WebTest before doing so.
cheers Mittie

Hi Eric,
I agreed with Mittie that he tells me when the Canoo WebTest migration is finished before I publish a new plugin (Mittie?!)
Cheers,

I am using the Maven webtest plugin which uses Webtest version 1.6 build number 543. Should we continue to stick with 1.6 or would it be worth switching to 1.7? It seems like all the unit tests are passing on 1.7..
While I know it's a terrible question to ask, when will 1.7 be done?
If we move the Maven WebTest plugin to 1.7, are we just asking for lots of user support issues?
