Can a database be renamed from within the console app? If not, how would I go about doing this?

Is there any particular reason why I can't rename tables from within the console? The error message I receive implies that the files themselves cannot be renamed. The server is running on Windows 2000.

When I create a table and save a new table definition, no matter how I capitalize the table name, the name (appears to be) saved in all lowercase.

BTW, could someone fill me in list etiquette. Should requests for enhancement or bugs be reported here or sent elsewhere?
