The messages seem to be do to an SMTP server connecting, doing a mail
from, and a rcpt to, but never sending any other data.

I told courier to add msgids and a date header, otherwise their
wouldn't be one.
Should I put in a filter that prevents mail like this from being
accepted? Or maybe notify the operator of that server?
