But domU - domU (two machines: one route and one bridge) doesn't work. I 'm going to try domU - domU (two machines with bridge only) and will post the results.

The problem is the LTP networktest uses rsh to setup and run daemon on remote host while running tests on the local host. rsh doesn't work will block most of the tests.
