As I understand, to enable content match I need to set it to true in
the campaign object.
But how do I start setting custom bids for content match? Since API
distinguishes Keyword from Website, does it mean I can have the same
search phrase (e.g. "cat") in the same ad group as two separate objects
(with separate object ids), one being Keyword ("cat") and
Website("cat"), or is there a special match (e.g. exact/broad/phrase
for Keyword and content-match for Website) with only one instance of
the "cat" in that ad group?
On the adwords website, I think, there is no difference - you will
always see only one instance of keyword, with maxCpc column always
present and maxCpm column being added if you enable Content Match for
the Campaign.
Please help me make sense of it.
